A Space for Creativity, Connection & Well-being

Sacred Sanctuary is an intergenerational well-being group (ages 18-60+) offering holistic workshops in mindfulness, creativity, and self-development. Our sessions provide a safe and supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect through arts, wellness practices, and community connection. Whether you’re seeking balance, meeting people from different generations imparting wisdom, growth, or simply a moment of peace, Sacred Sanctuary welcomes you.

The program follows the guidance from the NHS Five Ways of well-being and supports you to achieve this collectively!

The Five Ways to Well-being at Sacred Sanctuary

Connect – Build meaningful relationships through creative group sessions.
Be Active – Engage in movement therapies, yoga, and dance for physical and mental wellness.
Take Notice – Practice mindfulness, sound therapy, and somatic dance to enhance self-awareness.
Keep Learning – Develop new skills in Acrylic Pouring, printmaking, creative writing, and more.
Give – Support one another and contribute to a nurturing, uplifting community.

What’s Included?

Movement/Dance Therapy, Somatic Dance, Modern Calligraphy, Acrylic Pouring, Printmaking, Mindfulness Therapy, Yoga, Reiki, Express Photography, Creative Writing, Theatre, Poetry, Sound Therapy, Hip-Hop and Street Dance, and Pottery.

How to apply

We’re looking for 15-20 participants aged 18- 60+. If you’re interested, please complete the Google application form
